Silvology products are handmade and are intended for their stated purpose only. Because candles involve heat, flame, and/or hot wax, they must always be used responsibly and according to the safety instructions provided with each product.

By purchasing a Silvology product, you agree to:

Read and follow all safety instructions and warnings provided with the product.

Never leave a burning candle unattended.

Keep candles and wax melts away from children, pets, flammable materials, drafts, and other hazards.

Use candles only as directed and discontinue use when the candle reaches the recommended burn limit.

Never move or handle a candle while the wax is hot or the candle is burning.

Use appropriate caution when handling containers, melted wax, or other heated surfaces.

Silvology is not responsible for damage, injury, loss, or other harm resulting from failure to follow product instructions, warnings, care-card recommendations, or safe-use practices. Our products are handmade in small batches. Because of the handmade nature of our candles and other products, slight variations in color, texture, fragrance appearance, finish, or other characteristics may occur from one product to another. These variations are a natural part of handmade products and are not necessarily considered defects. Fragrance descriptions and scent notes are provided to describe the intended fragrance profile. Individual scent perception may vary from person to person.

By placing an order with Silvology, you represent that you are legally permitted to purchase and use our products in your location. You are responsible for ensuring that your purchase and use of our products comply with any applicable laws, regulations, or restrictions in your state, county, city, or other jurisdiction. Silvology reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion, including orders that appear to contain inaccurate information, fraudulent activity, or other issues that may affect the fulfillment of the order. Silvology reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any portion of these Terms of Service at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be posted on this website.
